New friends, new experiences, new fun...

In the past month a lot has happened for hubby and me. We recently met a lovely (local) couple off fetlife whom we have a great friendship that has evolved. We have had all gotten together at least once a week for a night of fun vanilla and kink wise. It's great to have friends local who we can be ourselves around without worrying about judgement. :) Of course new friendships bring new experiences with them. I've been lucky enough to try some new things that I've wanted to for a while. First I tried wax play and ouch! It was not what I was expecting to say the least! I thought it would be a bit less, well, keen. It was quickly decided that my bad back wasn't the best place for the wax but tried on my feet and it was much more tolerable. Also got to try being flogged and let me just say it was love at first stroke. Yum! I find it really relaxing and look forward to the chance to be flogged. The last thing that the (evil) doms tried was clothes pegs and let's just say I feel the complete opposite of them than I do flogging. In fact is it possible to more than hate something? If so that's how i feel about clothes pegs! This past Sunday all four of us ventured to the BBB (Birmingham bizarre buzaar. It was my first time to attend and to say it was interesting is a bit of an understatement. Hubby and I came away with some new purchases including a flogger, leather strap, a leather/ suede paddle, and a few other bits and bobs. All in all there's been a lot of great things going on and the best part is of course the blessing of new friends :)
