prince charming and his not so wanted slipper

So for quite a while now my husband has been threatening to get a slipper and this past week he followed through and bought not just one pair but two cuz he couldn't decide which would be 'most effective'. That evening he decided to 'test' both out during my maintenance. Well both were pretty dreadful in their own way- one thuddy and one stingy. It can be said that I didn't enjoy either and was hoping to never meet their acquaintance again.
Well I'm obviously not that lucky (or well behaved if you ask my husband) and after being cheeky for most of a 2 hr car ride ( the only safe place to be cheeky since he couldn't pull over on the motorway!) I was quickly reunited with the evil slipper. It only took about 10 swats for me to be yelping and squirming and begging him to reconsider, especially as the cheekiness was in good humour! ( I mean he was sleepy and I had to do something to keep him awake while he drove- in fact he should probably thank me for being so considerate!) luckily after 12 he stopped and left me with a bright red bottom. (the only good side effect of that stupid thing!)
So anyways after my 2 encounters I have come to the conclusion that cinderella's prince charming obviously didn't spank her with her slipper or she probably wouldn't have gone looking for him or the missing slipper! ;-)
